Viti Curry Fijian Cuisine

The most authentic food like back home in Fiji . Amazing ! food is always fresh and very tasty . Service is outstanding . I have tried other Fijian resteraunts and they are gross Stay away . This one is a gem.I love viti curry food.

Must try this restaurant for a true Fijian experience. Food is exceptional and never disappoints. Dhal is the best as is the goat curry and roti..never mind the plau and tomato chutney!

Family run business that loves its customers and provides excellent service. The owners are always so friendly and the food is delicious! Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Their lamb curry can’t be beat.

Major food safety violation and poor customer service.My partner and I had ordered Bara (deep friend snack) from here to eat for iftar during Ramadan. Unfortunately, when we opened the bara from the plastic there was a huge bug inside the bag crawling on our food. It was disgusting and we killed the bug right away because that it what you’re supposed to do. We were so disappointed not only because of the bug but because we were fasting all day and were looking forward to eating the bara (that we spent our hard earned money to buy).The owner informed me theres nothing he can do to help me. He told me he wanted to see proof of the bara in original packaging WITH THE BUG. Which is a ridiculous expectation. The bug is long gone and the Bara is in the garbage. When my partner made a google review, he accused us of lying stating that we consumed the food. Such a shame that he would not only refuse to give us money back but that he would accuse us of lying especially during the month of Ramadan.Please do not eat here it is extremely dangerous and unsanitary. I hope the correct authorities do a food safety inspection on this restaurant.

Fantastic food! We have eaten here lots and it never disappoints. I love the Fiji style fried fish, the whole family enjoys the veg curry and chicken chow mein, and my wife can’t stop going on about the Dahl. Nothing better than a local family run restaurant! You can tell they put their everything into their food.Don’t tell my wife but I defiantly don’t make it home with all the Gulgula......

The food is absolutely delicious no doubt about that.I have an urge to try everything on their menu. This has been my favorite restaurant ever since I came to Canada in 2021.Unfortunately I don’t have any photos to add with this post.

Very bad customer service and food safety violations.We bought barra from here (Fijian deep fried savoury snack) and found a large bug crawling all over our food. We called the owner to report this and he denied us any help or our money back because we didn’t take any pictures of the bug. It’s hard taking a photo of a bug that’s alive and crawling all over our food and we’re busy trying to get rid of the bug from inside my home.Ridiculous service!Just adding a picture of the barra in my garbage, we have not and will not be consuming this. And FYI, the owner did not offer us a refund and instead accused us of lying about eating this and wanting a free batch.Please do not eat here unless you want bugs in your food!

First experience, I can confidently say that the food was quite amazing.Tried out the chicken chopsuey, highly recommend. I don't normally eat out but the price seems like food anywhere else so I did not have any issues with that.If you're looking for a nice fiji flavor, definitely the spot.

By far the best Fiji style food! We love the chop suey the most!! We often have family from out of Vancouver visiting and they always ask to go to a Viti Curry. The owner is super friendly and the place is very clean. Been going there for years and would recommend to anyone looking for some good Fiji style food to check this place out. Their gulgula, bhajiya and bara is really really good too!

I have been going here for years ,all of my extended familly go here , its authentic , very clean with outstanding food .Murti the owner who serves everyone has the best customer service , very professional in his handling of food to his interactions with customers . Every time I go there I get a taste of real Fijian culture from the warm greetings and welcoming of the owner to the phenomenal food that most importantly is prepared in the most hygienic and clean proper environment as I am extremally picky . This is a true treasure everyone must experience ..IF you want the best then there is no other that has the golden touch like Murthi, the food will leave you amazed . I honestly am so proud that this place exists and is a representation truly of our culture . I hope it lasts forever .
